Physiologic Limiter Assessment

The Physiologic Limiter Assessment is a focused evaluation designed to pinpoint specific factors limiting your exercise performance or capacity.
Using the 5-1-5 Test, this submaximal protocol involves two 5-minute efforts separated by 1 minute of rest, repeated over 4-5 steps for a total of 11 minutes per step. This structured approach highlights areas for improvement, enabling the development of personalized strategies to overcome barriers and achieve your fitness goals.
For a deeper dive into your physiology, VO2 measurement can be added for additional metabolic insights. Please note this is not a maximal test, and VO2 max will not be reported. It serves as a detailed but distinct evaluation from a graded exercise test.
